I'm assembling the care package now. Thanks to those who have helped.
The baby wipes aren't pictured, but it's a huge box they're getting. In this picture is beef and turkey jerky, dried fruit, cheezits, gatorade, crystal light, off, sunscreen, hot sauce, ziplock bags, poptarts, pens-paper-envelopes (so they can write home), and an incredibly important football. I'll put in the four letters sent.
Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed in the turnout for the letters. 100 page views and only 4 wrote. :(
Better than nothing I guess!
Still, it's not too late to post one. Use the comments section in this post, the one before it, I'll toss it in there and you'll make a stranger fighting for your freedom very happy.

Dear Hero -
ReplyDeleteThank you for your service and dedication to the mission. Your efforts are truly appreciated. I cherish my freedoms, and am grateful for you and the courage and strength you have to ensure we are safe. Being away from home has its difficulties, but remember there are SO many who care and support you. Bless you and the USA. Take care and be Safe.

PS - thanks for your support of our troops and creating this opportunity for others to support them. I would be a little bummed too, with not as many letters. But, hang in there - I'll check back often, now that I found your site. :)
